Due to the forecast of wintry weather during the morning commute hours tomorrow, Golden City R-III School District will not be in session. This snow day will be made up on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025.

Each month Golden City Elementary focuses on teaching students how to be good citizens. January's citizenship word of the month was RESPONSIBILITY! Paraprofessional/Cafeteria Server
Golden City R-III School is accepting applications for a paraprofessional/cafeteria server for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This position will consist of working 3 hours per day as a cafeteria server and 5 hours per day as a paraprofessional.
