In order to be compliant with the Missouri law known as the “Get the Lead out of School Drinking Water Act," the Golden City R-3 School District conducted sampling and testing of all potential drinking water sources in the school. The results of the water testing are in the link below.

There is no construction happening today, December 15th. Therefore, dismissal will take place at the front of the building like normal.
Monday, December 18th and Tuesday December 19th, the construction will resume, and we will dismiss out the back of the building like we have previously this week.
Also, Tuesday, December 19th will be an early release at 12:30.

There was some confusion about High School Basketball game times. Here is the remaining REGULAR SEASON schedule. Here are a few notes about the schedule:
1. Unless announced, the plan is to start with 2Q of JV at 6:00 with varsity to follow.
2. On 1/4 (Rich Hill) and 2/13 (College Heights), the start times are later because those schools have scheduled a varsity girls game with another school to take the place of our girls team. Those nights will be:
- 5:30 girls game (No GC team)
- approximately 6:45 GC JV (2 quarters)
- approximately 7:30 GC varsity game
3. 1/19 vs NEVCO will be Homecoming and 2/15 vs Verona will be Senior Night.
4. Tournament schedules will be posted separately.
